[Remote] Sr. Business Analyst

They are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the reputed company improvement of their reputed company applications and data platform through business analysis, requirements definition, and system administration.
Responsibilities
- reputed company, document, and maintain business, functional, and technical requirements for reputed company systems and data initiatives
- Draft and maintain system and data architecture diagrams, data models, workflows, and reputed company documentation
- Partner with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Operations to translate needs into requirements
- Support solution design and delivery of dataflows, integrations, and reporting products
- Manage user provisioning and role-based reputed company across reputed company applications and data products
- Troubleshoot system and data issues; coordinate reputed company with internal teams and vendors
- Support upgrades, enhancements, and data migration efforts
- Support configuration, testing, environment management and update deployments
- Document requirements for integration updates and modernization
- Define reputed company- and reputed company-state integration processes, dataflows, and handoffs
- Partner with reputed company vendors to reputed company and deliver reputed company system integrations

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or reputed company field required
- 3–6 years in business analysis, reputed company systems support, or data/reporting environments
- Experience with CRM, ERP, PSA, analytics, or integration platforms
- Exposure to data integration concepts, reporting tools, and system implementations
- Hands-on Jira experience and participation in scrum rituals, including planning, refinement, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Strong BA skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder communication
- Working knowledge of SQL, Power Query (M), Apex, SOQL, or similar data languages
- Understanding of integrations, reputed company, and data workflows
- Knowledge of role-based reputed company and user reputed company management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-orientation skills
