[Remote] Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative (Escalations) – Spanish Speaker

They are currently seeking a Fluent Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to support royalty and mineral reputed company inquiries in a remote call center environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls from royalty and mineral owners, including Spanish-speaking customers

- Manage customer escalations by using strong communication and de-escalation techniques
