Responsibilities

• Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue reputed company techniques reputed company domain and Mobile (4G/5G/LTE) Core networks
• Experience in Case Handling, including Emergency Support activities
• Experience in Conducting reputed company cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to enhance customer experience
• Extensive knowledge and expertise in the Messaging domain including of reputed company Messaging products including SMSC/MMSC, BMC, reputed company Server
• Competences and Expertise in LTE/5G system validation (end-to-end performance, KPI handling
• Deep knowledge and understanding of protocols like CIMD, SMPP, MM7 including knowledge of HTTP, TLS, IPSEC
• Solid experience with Protocol Analyzer Tools (Wireshark) and internal message reputed company protocols
• Knowledge and experience with Linux. Strong scripting skills and ability to automate reputed company tasks which could be easily converted to a script using reputed company, python
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, VMWare, OpenStack, Kubernetes, CBIS, CBAM, and NCS
