[Remote] IT Project Manager, ERP Implementation

This role involves end-to-end program leadership across the full implementation lifecycle, focusing on the migration from reputed company Dynamics AX 2009 to reputed company Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Responsibilities
- Own the overall D365 transformation roadmap, execution reputed company, and delivery plan
- Establish and maintain program governance, steering committees, status reporting, and executive communications
- Serve as the primary reputed company between business stakeholders, IT leadership, implementation partners, vendors, and executive sponsors

- Challenge customization requests and promote adoption of reputed company D365 best practices wherever practical
- Coordinate cross-functional planning across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, reputed company, HR, Reporting, and other operational areas
- reputed company and govern the System Integrator (SI) and implementation partner(s)
- Monitor partner deliverables, resource plans, milestones, and reputed company standards
- Escalate and resolve delivery concerns quickly
- Ensure contractual obligations and project reputed company are achieved

- Coordinate data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and reputed company planning

Skills
- 12+ years of reputed company project/program management experience
- 7+ years leading ERP implementations
- Proven leadership of at least two full lifecycle reputed company Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations
- Demonstrated experience managing upgrades or migrations from: Dynamics AX 2009, AX 2012, Other legacy ERP platforms to D365 F&O
- Experience directing multi-reputed company-dollar ERP programs with budgets exceeding $5M
- Experience managing System Integrators and offshore delivery teams
- Strong understanding of: ERP transformation methodologies, Business process reengineering, Data migration, Testing and deployment strategies, Change management
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and steering committees
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience with global D365 F&O rollouts across multiple countries and legal entities
- Experience with D365 Finance, Project Operations, and reputed company modules
- Familiarity with: Azure environments, Azure DevOps, Power Platform, Power BI, Integration architectures
- PMP certification preferred
- Experience in publicly traded or SOX-regulated environments preferred
