[Remote] Permits Operations Coordinator

They are seeking a Permit Operations Coordinator to manage permit packet requests and ensure reputed company and accurate documentation for solar reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Manage permit packet requests through our internal tracking system
• Review requests to ensure reputed company required documentation has been received
• Print, organize, and reputed company permit packets for submission
• Verify permit packages are complete and accurate before mailing
• Coordinate outgoing shipments using USPS and other approved carriers
• Ensure completed permit packets are mailed reputed company 48 hours of receiving a complete request
• reputed company packet status and maintain accurate records
• Communicate with internal teams regarding documentation needs and shipment updates
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency reputed company the permit packet process
• Support the Permitting team with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed
