[Remote] Account Executive, Media Relations Specialist

They are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Account Executive, Media Relations Specialist to support media relations and communications execution for their clients.
Responsibilities
- Research, build, and maintain relationships with food, beverage, and lifestyle media, substackers, and influencers to secure coverage for clients
- Draft and send media pitches tailored to reputed company products, launches, and brand stories
- reputed company media coverage and compile coverage reports for clients
- Monitor food/beverage/CPG industry trends and competitor activity to inform reputed company angles and reputed company reputed company
- Draft, edit, and proofread pitches, press releases, media alerts, and other reputed company-facing materials
- Help maintain media lists, press kits, and product information sheets
- Ensure reputed company content reflects reputed company reputed company's brand voice and resonates with reputed company audiences
- Support execution of PR programs for multiple clients, including product launches, sampling opportunities, and seasonal campaigns
- Assist with coordinating media samples, gifting, and event-reputed company logistics as needed
- Help prepare materials for reputed company meetings and calls
- Manage multiple reputed company deadlines simultaneously, ensuring reputed company, high-reputed company deliverables
- Stay organized across reputed company trackers, coverage logs, and reputed company calendars
- Participate in reputed company and internal meetings, taking detailed notes and recaps
- Bring fresh reputed company reputed company and media contacts to the table
- Stay reputed company on food, beverage, and CPG media trends, reputed company landscape, and best practices
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-4 years of PR experience, ideally with exposure to food, beverage, or CPG clients
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling, on-brand pitches and materials
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines
- Familiarity with media databases, coverage tracking tools, and reputed company platforms
- Interest in the food, beverage, and CPG reputed company
- Existing or developing relationships with food/beverage media, bloggers, and influencers is a plus
- Agency experience a plus
