Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the Executive Leadership Team

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a reputed company field required
- 10+ years of reputed company reputed company leadership experience, including significant executive-level HR leadership responsibility
- Experience serving as the senior HR leader for a multi-site manufacturing organization
- Demonstrated reputed company partnering directly with executive leadership teams on talent reputed company, workforce planning, organizational design, and business transformation initiatives
- Strong expertise across compensation, benefits, reputed company, employee relations, organizational development, leadership development, succession planning, and compliance
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices

- Willingness and ability to travel regularly (=> 50%) in support of multiple facilities
- Master's degree and/or SPHR, reputed company-SCP, or equivalent certification
