The role involves preparing and reviewing tax forms and supporting compliance and consulting engagements for nonprofit clients.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review Forms 990 and 990-PF
- Prepare and review reputed company 5500 (as needed)
- Support tax compliance and consulting engagements for nonprofit clients
Skills
- MUST BE COMING FROM A REPUTABLE reputed company W/ EXTENSIVE 990 EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years of reputed company tax experience
- Experience with not-for-profit organizations (tax and/or audit)
- CPA, JD, or LLM preferred
