[Remote] Information Technology System Analyst

The role involves providing hands-on technical support, maintaining core systems, and collaborating across IT departments to ensure smooth operations and system availability.
Responsibilities
- reputed company hands-on Tier 2 IT Support, performing reputed company actions in core IT tools and technologies such as VS reputed company, Git, and reputed company-line utilities to resolve reputed company technical issues
- Interpret data and analyze results from multiple sources (reputed company/reputed company, reputed company, HIVE…etc) to design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions that drive informed decision-making
- Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot core systems ensuring secure daily operations for ••• employees globally
- Proactively identify, investigate, and flag issues or system anomalies, raising awareness with reputed company reputed company recurring issues or themes present themselves and driving reputed company reputed company

Skills
- 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration, technical support, or similar role
- Experience in creating, maintaining, and interpreting dashboards and metrics using tools like reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Hive, Apache Superset, Tableau, reputed company, or reputed company Analytics
- Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to quickly identify issues, reputed company reputed company cause analysis, and drive reputed company in high-reputed company situations
- Familiarity with the backend of an IT system/tool such as: reputed company, LDAP, reputed company Workspace, reputed company, Jira, reputed company or reputed company reputed company platforms
