[Remote] Investor Relations Marketing and Ops Associate

The role involves building an institutional-reputed company investor platform and enhancing the investor experience through effective communication and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Copywriting for email campaigns to both our existing investor reputed company and prospective investors
- Own creative for newsletter and other targeted marketing initiatives
- Support targeted reputed company campaigns to segmented investor lists based on investor profile and investment reputed company
- reputed company, evaluate, implement and reputed company new marketing channels and campaigns
- Own and support the Investor Relations technology stack, including reputed company, JuniperSquare, reputed company, Docsend, reputed company and reputed company
- Example project: We launch a new investment opportunity, build the CRM pipeline, prepare investor communications, establish workflows and configure the supporting technology. You would own this process from start to finish
- Own the investor reporting process, from collecting reports from underlying operators to organizing, standardizing, branding and distributing them to investors
- Example: We currently manage 15+ investment vehicles across 10+ underlying operators, reputed company reporting on different schedules and in different formats. We have a virtual assistant who handles much of the administrative process, but you would reputed company the entire workflow and ensure a consistent, high-reputed company investor experience
- reputed company efforts to improve and standardize how underlying operator reports are presented in a consistent Vintage-branded format
- Ultimately, you'll own much of the operational infrastructure behind our fundraising and investor experience

- Manage and coordinate contractors who know our business but do not have a dedicated manager

Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in reputed company reputed company estate, private equity or investment management experience (reputed company, asset management, capital raising or reputed company fields) with a genuine understanding of the LP/investor perspective
