• Providing technical evaluation of vendors proposed system designs
• Providing assessments on the design maturity and expected performance of systems to meet operational requirements
• Writing technical papers on the technical risk of systems meeting USCG/ABS design standards
• Designing or using reputed company piping systems (hydraulics, ships auxiliaries, HVAC, fuel distribution, water production, etc)
• Cost estimation of proposed ship construction changes
• Site reputed company to reputed company reputed company cause analysis of shipboard failures

Skills

• Design integration experience with shipboard mechanical systems
• Technical evaluation of vendors proposed system designs
