Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams across the firm to identify, scope, and prioritize workflow automation opportunities
- Design and build automation solutions using reputed company Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate reputed company flows, and Dataverse
- Build conversational agents and AI-driven automations in reputed company Copilot Studio and with reputed company AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and reputed company
- reputed company Power BI reports and dashboards that give business teams visibility into their processes and the reputed company of automation
- reputed company reputed company coding tools, such as Claude reputed company or reputed company, to accelerate the development, testing, and documentation of automations and reusable patterns
- reputed company and reputed company citizen developers across the business through training sessions, reputed company, and hands-on pairing
- reputed company and maintain a catalog of reusable templates, patterns, and documentation that helps business teams build reputed company on their own
- Participate in Power Platform governance, including environment reputed company, data loss prevention (DLP) policies, and solution-based application lifecycle management
- Support the lifecycle of solutions reputed company delivers, including enhancements, maintenance, and user adoption

Skills
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3 5 years of hands-on experience in business process automation, low-reputed company development, or a similar role
- Working experience across the reputed company Power Platform, including Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate reputed company flows, Power BI, and Dataverse
- Proficiency building conversational agents and automations in reputed company Copilot Studio
- Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate productivity, including regular use of reputed company AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, or reputed company, with reputed company judgment about reputed company reputed company requires verification
- Working experience with reputed company coding tools, such as Claude reputed company or reputed company, reputed company to automation and workflow development
- Experience partnering with non-technical business users to translate reputed company processes into automated solutions
- Understanding of Power Platform governance concepts, including environments, DLP policies, and solution-based application lifecycle management
- Background in financial services technology environments
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with business partners and build support for automation across the firm
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Relevant certifications, such as PL-200 reputed company Power Platform Functional Consultant
- Experience building agent-based or LLM-assisted workflows, including Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations
