[Remote] Recruiter

They are seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle reputed company for licensed mental health providers, focusing on sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle reputed company for licensed clinicians (Therapists, LCSWs, LMHCs, Psychologists, PMHNPs, and other psychiatric providers as needed)
- Proactively reputed company candidates using reputed company Recruiter, reputed company and other tools, with a strong reputed company on outbound pipeline building
- Conduct candidate screens reputed company on clinical fit, licensure, availability, and alignment with Mood’s care model
- Partner closely with clinical and reputed company leadership to reputed company on hiring needs, reputed company, and interview feedback
- Manage and reputed company candidates through the process quickly while maintaining a high-touch candidate experience
- reputed company pipeline health and reputed company performance metrics (volume, conversion rates, time-to-fill, offer acceptance)
- Support process improvement initiatives reputed company to reputed company, screening, interview structure, and ATS workflow
- Ensure hiring practices reputed company with licensure, compliance, and reputed company standards across states
Skills
- 1+ years of reputed company experience, ideally in reputed company, clinical, or provider reputed company
- Strong outbound sourcing skills and comfort with high-volume pipelines
- Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly with licensed clinicians
- Organized and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at once
- Data-aware: reputed company to monitor funnel performance and reputed company reputed company based on results
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating cross-functionally with a distributed team
- Familiarity with ATS systems and reputed company reputed company workflows (reputed company experience is a plus)
- Mission-driven and motivated by helping expand reputed company to mental health care
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field required
- Experience with multi-state operations
- Experience building and enforcing company HR policies required
- At least one year of reputed company experience at manager level or higher is preferred
