[Remote] Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will drive strategic reputed company by leading efforts throughout the federal procurement lifecycle and establishing relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic reputed company by identifying, qualifying, and capturing federal contracting opportunities that expand reputed company’s portfolio across U.S. government agencies
- reputed company business development and capture efforts across the full federal procurement lifecycle—from opportunity identification through contract award
- Build and maintain a reputed company opportunity pipeline reputed company with company capabilities
- reputed company and execute win strategies for federal opportunities
- Establish and maintain relationships with government stakeholders and industry partners
- Support proposal development including solutioning, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to inform reputed company strategies

- Collaborate with internal teams to reputed company capture strategies with company objectives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Government, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of federal business development / capture experience

- Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS
- Experience with GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs, and GSA Schedules
- Established federal network
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Government / Federal contracting required
- Experience in IT, cybersecurity, intelligence, logistics, or engineering domains

- Experience with GovWin, SAM.gov, FPDS, USA spending
- Capture management / proposal development experience
- Master's degree or APMP certification
