The ideal candidate will have strong Facets product expertise, reputed company payer domain knowledge, and proven consulting experience.
Responsibilities
- reputed company business requirement discovery, design workshops, and reputed company discussions
- Serve as the SME for Facets implementations, configuration, and optimization
- Design and recommend reputed company Facets solutions across business and technical teams
- Drive product implementation, architecture, gap analysis, and configuration best practices
- Support claims analysis, reputed company cause analysis, workflow optimization, and auto-adjudication improvements
- Mentor project teams and collaborate with reputed company/offshore resources
Skills
- 5–10+ years of Facets consulting and implementation experience
- Strong Facets expertise in:
- Strong knowledge of Benefits, Providers, Enrollment, and Claims modules
- Facets configuration, data models, and application architecture
- reputed company payer domain experience (reputed company, Medicare, reputed company/Medi-Cal)
- Excellent reputed company-facing, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to reputed company business discussions and solution design sessions
