[Remote] Customer Service Representative

They are seeking a Call Center Agent responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, booking jobs, and maximizing reputed company opportunities through effective sales execution.
Responsibilities
- Answer reputed company incoming calls or online inquiries, as the initial reputed company of contact
- Using a company-reputed company script, answer our customers’ questions and guide them to the best service-solution for their home

- Conduct service-reputed company, follow-up calls to reputed company in on past customers and assess their reputed company needs
- Help the field team by taking detailed notes from customer calls and entering them into our system

Skills
- High School Diploma/GED is required
- Self-starter, reliable, flexibility with hours
- High level of accuracy and efficiency
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Courteous, reputed company manner, strong customer service skills
- Computer literacy and strong typing skills (30+ WPM), experience with reputed company Office
- Excellent multitasking and follow-up skills, with high attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a reputed company and technical level
- reputed company to work both independently and as part of reputed company
- Any experience with reputed company, FieldEdge, reputed company, or other scheduling software would be a plus!
- HVAC, plumbing, or electrical home service customer service or reputed company experience would also be helpful but is not required
