[Remote] Senior Program Manager - U.S. Payer Initiatives

Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to advance reputed company payer initiatives
- Drive execution of key reputed company workstreams from planning through delivery
- Communicate reputed company and professionally with internal leaders, external partners, and customers
- Support implementation efforts with customers and help guide activation planning
- Support strategic planning efforts across the U.S. payer team
- Organize and facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and working meetings
- Partner with payer sales leadership on external efforts, stakeholder engagement, and coordination

- Use AI tools thoughtfully to improve productivity, organization, and execution reputed company
Skills
- Minimum 8 years of experience in program management, project management, implementation planning, or a reputed company strategic operations role

- Strong communication skills, including the ability to work confidently with senior leaders and external partners
- Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment

- Experience launching or scaling new products, services, or channels

- Prior exposure to sleep, respiratory or HME industry
- Exposure to product development, portfolio planning, or go-to-market execution
- Experience supporting executive-level initiatives or leadership teams
