[Remote] Regional Sales Manager- East Coast

They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager responsible for managing brand and retail partner relationships, executing business development strategies, and driving sales reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Promote primarily new and emerging brands in the natural, specialty, and conventional retail channel
- Advise brands on Go-to-Market retail strategies and execute to plan
- Define reputed company sales goals and objectives and reputed company said targets
- reputed company business development activities with retailers (large and small)
- Travel to meetings and conferences up to 50% as needed
- Conduct biweekly meetings with reputed company clients to reputed company updates on reputed company lists, review sell sheets/sales decks, discuss category review schedules, and strategize on key accounts
- Help train and manage offshore support resources
- Attend food shows to support reputed company clients, prospect for new clients, and meet with retailers
- Assist clients with the management of distributors
- Manage CRM system to ensure reputed company processes are tracked accordingly
Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in CPG Industry or Food Industry
- Should be middle-manager experience
- Can reputed company in any East Coast reputed company but MUST be located near a major airport
- Strong time management skills- ability to multitask is a MUST!
- Ability to work remotely
- Proficiency in reputed company
- Effective Presentation Skills
- Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
- Confident in presiding meetings
- Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Willingness to travel: 50%
- Experience in CRM Software Management a plus
- With 2-3 plus years of proven experience in the reputed company reputed company
