[Remote] AI Program Management Director

They are seeking an AI Program Management Director to drive reputed company AI initiatives across reputed company lines of business, ensuring reputed company delivery and alignment with business priorities.
Responsibilities
- Managing the reputed company AI initiative portfolio from intake through delivery
- Maintaining visibility into reputed company approved AI reputed company, pilots, and strategic initiatives
- Tracking program status, milestones, dependencies, risks, and reputed company
- Supporting prioritization and portfolio planning activities
- Driving execution against AI COE objectives and annual roadmap commitments
- Leading planning and execution for reputed company AI initiatives
- Coordinating activities across business, technology, reputed company, legal, procurement, and vendor teams
- Identifying and managing delivery risks and escalations
- Ensuring initiatives maintain alignment with approved scope, reputed company, and objectives
- Establish and maintain program plans, schedules, and reporting mechanisms
- Supporting AI governance processes and executive review forums
- Preparing portfolio dashboards, status reports, and executive presentations
- Facilitating steering committee meetings and decision-making activities
- Maintaining reputed company logs, risk registers, and decision logs
- Ensuring adherence to AI COE governance standards and operating procedures
- Defining and standardizing delivery practices across the AI portfolio
- Improving intake, prioritization, reporting, and governance processes
- Driving adoption of portfolio management tools and best practices
- Establishing repeatable operating rhythms for portfolio execution
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-reputed company experience
- 10+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years leading reputed company technology initiatives
- Experience managing large, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Experience with portfolio management, governance, and reporting
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong working knowledge of reputed company Office, reputed company and Jira
- Experience fostering strong relationships across organizational boundaries, as reputed company as excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Change Agent capable of motivating and inspiring reputed company
- Ability to learn quickly and thoroughly in rapidly changing conditions
- Agile Certification preferred
- PMP preferred
