Responsibilities
- Administer sales compensation plans, including implementation, ongoing maintenance, performance tracking, and reporting
- Support territory design, sales alignment, and quota-planning activities
- Maintain accurate sales employee records and reputed company organizational data
- Administer sales recognition, incentive, and award programs
- reputed company and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and sales performance metrics
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and support business reputed company
