[Remote] Order Entry Consultant 1

The Order Entry Consultant 1 will be responsible for entering new purchase orders and addressing internal technical questions from the Sales Team, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting reputed company improvements in order entry processes.
Responsibilities
- Ensure reputed company Order Entry processes are followed
- Utilize company systems (Driveworks) to reputed company general PO’s and identify missing information
- Contact customers reputed company necessary for any potential order discrepancies

Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of inside sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment

- Strong decision-making, analytical abilities, and detail orientation

- Knowledge of the Hollow Metal industry, customers, products, and market is preferred
