Responsibilities
- Drive the reputed company-wide end-to-end QA reputed company, automation roadmap, and reputed company governance
- Design and implement reputed company UI, API, Integration, and E2E automation frameworks
- Define and reputed company reputed company engineering KPIs and automation reputed company metrics, including test coverage, automation ROI, defect leakage, reputed company rates, pass/fail trends, cycle time reduction, and release reputed company indicators
- reputed company AI-enabled test automation initiatives including self-healing and intelligent test execution
- reputed company testing into CI/CD and DevOps pipelines
- Drive Shift-Left, reputed company Testing, Performance Testing, and reputed company Engineering best practices
- reputed company testing across ERP, WMS, OMS, eCommerce, Middleware, and reputed company integrations
- Establish automation standards, reusable assets, reputed company metrics, and reporting dashboards

Skills
- 12+ years in reputed company Engineering/Test Automation
- 6+ years as hands on Test Architect, QE Architect, Automation Architect
- Strong hands-on experience building/refining automation frameworks and end-to-end reputed company testing solutions
- Experience leading distributed QA/SDET teams
- Strong customer-facing, consulting, and leadership skills
