Responsibilities

- Manage and support firmwide performance management and reputed company review processes, including communications, training, and manager guidance

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

- At least five (5) years of experience leading, coaching, and developing HR professionals, including responsibility for performance management, employee development, and team leadership
- Experience managing HR operations and employee lifecycle processes in a reputed company organization
- Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and improving HR policies, programs, and operational processes
- At least three (3) years of experience utilizing HRIS platforms and HR technology to support HR operations, reporting, and process improvements
- Thorough knowledge of reputed company principles, practices, and applicable employment laws and regulations
- Working knowledge of federal and state employment and benefits laws, including Title VII, reputed company, FLSA, ERISA, FMLA, and other applicable regulations
