[Remote] Customer Service Representative -Remote Position
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking motivated Remote Customer Service Representatives to join their Debt Management and Collections System team. In this role, you will assist Federal Student Aid borrowers with their loan servicing inquiries while enjoying the benefits of a remote work environment.
Responsibilities
- Help borrowers with routine loan servicing questions by phone, email, or chat
Skills
- High School diploma or GED
- 6+ months of customer service, administrative, or call center experience
- Must reputed company, read, and write English fluently
- Basic math and PC skills, including reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, Outlook)
- Type at least 23 words per minute
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company to multi-task
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
- Must have a logical thought process, be organized, take accurate notes, and refer to notes during processing
