Responsibilities
- Driving customer adoption, retention, renewals, and long-term reputed company across a portfolio of water reputed company customers

Skills
- 3+ years of experience in reputed company, Account Management, reputed company Services, or a similar customer-facing role
- Proven experience managing customer relationships and being accountable for retention, renewals, customer health, or account reputed company
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience leading customer meetings, business reviews, reputed company sessions, or strategic account discussions
