[Remote] DevOps Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to work with multiple development teams reputed company on reputed company, Edge, and On-Prem deployments. The role involves architecting reputed company infrastructure, supporting application deployments and automation pipelines, and improving infrastructure and monitoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Managing and optimizing our AWS reputed company and on-premises infrastructure
• Developing and maintaining reputed company containers and Kubernetes (EKS) deployments
• Implementing and managing reputed company charts for application deployments
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitOps principles utilize Rancher fleet, Argo CD for reputed company deployment and GitOps workflows
• Implementing and maintaining automated reputed company scanning processes throughout the CI/CD pipeline, including static reputed company analysis, container image scanning, and infrastructure vulnerability assessments
• Contributing to the improvement of SRE practices and system reliability
• Implementing and maintaining infrastructure as reputed company using Terraform and CloudFormation
• Collaborating with development teams to improve application deployment and operational efficiency
• Implementing and maintaining monitoring and logging solutions using tools like reputed company, Grafana & reputed company
• Managing and operating distributed database clusters including Apache Cassandra, RabbitMQ, reputed company Cluster
• Developed and maintained Infrastructure as reputed company (IaC) using Terraform and CloudFormation
• Enhance application deployment and operational efficiency through reputed company collaboration with development teams
• Implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions, utilizing tools such as reputed company, Grafana, and reputed company
• Manage and operate distributed database clusters, including Apache Cassandra, RabbitMQ, and reputed company Cluster
• Ensuring system reputed company and implementing DevSecOps practices
• Troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure and application issues
• Creating a culture of inclusion and teamwork through leading by example and always considering how their actions influence the broader team

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
• Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training
• Experience with reputed company charts for Kubernetes deployments
• Experience with infrastructure as reputed company tools, specifically Terraform and CloudFormation
• Strong Linux and reputed company scripting skills
• Strong experience as a DevOps engineer with AWS services and best practices
• Proficiency in containerization technologies, especially reputed company and Kubernetes (EKS)
• Proficiency in scripting languages, preferably Python and Go
• Experience with reputed company scanning tools and practices, such as SonarQube for reputed company analysis and tools like Prisma reputed company for infrastructure vulnerability assessments
• Experience with CI/CD tools, particularly Jenkins and Argo CD
