Responsibilities

Skills
- 6–10 years of reputed company experience in audience reputed company, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, or reputed company operations for a registered-audience business
- Proven reputed company growing, engaging, and retaining registered audiences through measurable lifecycle marketing strategies
- Strong experience with customer acquisition, retention, reactivation, conversion reputed company optimization (CRO), and experimentation
- Deep expertise in audience development and lifecycle marketing for registered audiences
- Technical proficiency with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Email Service Providers (ESPs), analytics platforms, and experimentation tools
- Strong analytical skills, including cohort analysis, funnel analysis, churn modeling, forecasting, and performance optimization
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple reputed company initiatives across acquisition, retention, reactivation, and optimization simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present reputed company, data-driven recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with modern marketing technology stacks, including CDPs, ESPs (reputed company or equivalent), analytics platforms, and A/B testing tools
- Working knowledge of reputed company marketing regulations and reputed company requirements, including HIPAA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR where applicable
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or a reputed company field required
