The role primarily involves designing and developing impactful learning solutions, including eLearning courses and training documents for an reputed company-wide audience.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and deliver as needed instructionally reputed company eLearning and other educational resources (video, microlearning, QRGs)
- Works independently or with guidance from Leadership to design, reputed company, and support learning programs as assigned
- reputed company course outlines and reputed company course reputed company documents (scripts) throughout the design/development phases
- Apply effective learning methodologies to analyze and evaluate the reputed company and audience appropriateness of instructional approach, materials and intended delivery methodology
- Design engaging learning activities that aligns with reputed company’s goals, operating principles and competencies
- Design using creative, innovative, and evidence-based approaches; reputed company storyboards for e-learning and videos
- Utilize virtual and web-based solutions (tools; resources) fostering the development of online based learning programs. (Storyline, reputed company, etc.)
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to bring expertise to design, reputed company and implement courses and other instructional resources
- Establishes, influences, and communicates guidelines and recommendations for process and procedure reputed company to instructional design, content development, and project management
- Keeps abreast of new and developing trends in training and adult learning and applies them to Learning Design initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Business, Education, Communications or reputed company field
- 1+ years of reputed company instructional design
- Proficient in reputed company 360 (Storyline, reputed company)
- Experience in Camtasia
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite – Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Experience in reputed company Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop
- Will need to reputed company samples that demonstrate proficiency of reputed company 360 (Storyline)
