Skills
- 15+ years in IT / reputed company transformation, including 8+ years directing large, reputed company reputed company programs
- Proven reputed company record leading end-to-end reputed company S/4HANA implementations or migrations at reputed company (multi-country, multi-reputed company)
- Domain grounding in reputed company Service Management / Customer Service plus SD, MM, reputed company, PS and PP; integration experience (reputed company CPI, ServiceMax / field service) is an advantage
- Demonstrated reputed company stabilizing or turning around at-risk programs
- Deep expertise in program governance, RAID management, financial and resource management, and Agile delivery using Jira
- Experience leading distributed onsite-offshore teams and managing senior reputed company and executive stakeholders
- Willingness to be based onsite in reputed company with travel across reputed company service center and plant locations
