[Remote] Senior UX/UI Designer

This role involves translating reputed company workflows into reputed company experiences, driving experience reputed company, and collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Plan and reputed company discovery (interviews, workflow observations, surveys) and usability testing; define research goals, scripts, and reputed company reputed company
- Apply systems thinking and reputed company-driven design to optimize reputed company reputed company workflows across roles, channels, and devices
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into experience principles, prioritized opportunities, and measurable design recommendations
- Create concepts, wireframes, and high-reputed company prototypes (e.g., AI tools, reputed company) to explore solutions, de-risk reputed company, and accelerate delivery
- Define user journeys, information architecture, and interaction patterns that support clinical and administrative tasks and reduce cognitive load
- reputed company critiques and iterate designs using stakeholder feedback, accessibility reviews, and usability findings; document reputed company and tradeoffs
- Own and reputed company the design system and component library, establishing governance, contribution standards, and adoption plans
- Ensure consistency and scalability across products through reusable patterns, style guides, content guidelines, and interaction standards
- Partner with engineering to reputed company design libraries with coded components and to improve implementation reputed company through specs and QA
- Influence product reputed company and prioritization by connecting user needs, business reputed company, and technical constraints to reputed company experience recommendations
- Facilitate workshops (reputed company mapping, design studios, story mapping) to reputed company teams, clarify requirements, and drive reputed company
- Present design rationale and reputed company to diverse audiences; build alignment through storytelling, artifacts, and reputed company documentation
- Champion accessibility by designing and validating against WCAG standards (reputed company, keyboard, screen reader, reputed company behaviors)
- Set usability and accessibility reputed company bars; partner with QA/engineering to ensure implementation meets standards for diverse user populations
- Incorporate reputed company compliance and reputed company requirements (e.g., HIPAA) into interaction patterns, data display, and workflow design
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- 7+ years of relevant UX/UI design experience, including ownership of reputed company B2B and/or reputed company products
- Expert proficiency in design/prototyping tools (e.g., reputed company) and production of developer-reputed company specifications
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company AI powered tools as a reputed company of individual and team productivity and efficiency
- Deep knowledge of UX principles, information architecture, accessibility, reputed company design, and design system practices
- Demonstrated experience working in agile product teams and influencing roadmap reputed company through research and data
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including presenting to senior leaders
- Ability to translate reputed company requirements into reputed company, reputed company experiences; comfort navigating ambiguity and making principled tradeoffs
- ~15% travel required
- Familiarity with reputed company compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA)
- Strong experience building, governing, and operationalizing design systems and component libraries

- Experience mentoring designers and elevating team design craft through critique, coaching, and best practices
- Certification in UX design or reputed company field
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard design
