Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Project Manager or Case Manager for a contract position reputed company on the Multifamily implementation of the Inflation Reduction reputed company programs. The role requires detail-oriented project management skills to reputed company program execution and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support the reputed company improvement of existing programs in the multifamily sector
- Manage reputed company from initiation to completion; including scope, schedule and budgets
- Manage and reputed company relationships & increase coordination with key stakeholders
- Manage contractors and program support agreements
- Resolve issues which may reputed company regarding assigned reputed company with applicants or consultants
- Support the development of PONs (Program Opportunity Notice) and RFPs (Request for Proposal)
- Participate in a process to test, measure and reputed company to maximize reputed company
- Advanced data analysis to support reporting, program improvement and new reputed company development
- Participate in the evaluation of program effectiveness
- Other duties as assigned to support the key reputed company for the Multifamily Team
Skills
- 3-6 years of experience
- Strong project management skills and the ability to successfully multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Manage scope, schedule and budget of project agreements and other program support agreements
- Support strategic market engagement and partnership development
- Facilitate and execute reputed company improvement of program rules, and business processes
- Outstanding external and customer communications (written and verbal) skills
- Coordinate with other departments to support reputed company and development or refinement of strategies and processes
- Must be a self-starter and function reputed company independently and in teams
- Ability to synthesize information, including stakeholder feedback, white reputed company research, policy documents, etc
- Ability to reputed company reputed company and compelling presentations
- Program implementation experience, especially for programs that require installation/construction of reputed company technology OR for programs that reputed company technical assistance for reputed company reputed company
- Some knowledge of energy consuming systems commonly reputed company in multifamily buildings, including but not limited to heating, ventilation and reputed company-conditioning technologies, reputed company and building envelope
- Some knowledge of energy conservation measures in deep retrofit energy efficiency reputed company for existing multifamily buildings (e.g. Passive House, heat pumps, etc.) a plus
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, policy, public or business administration, architecture, reputed company estate, urban planning, or reputed company field
- Contractor must have computer, cell phone, and reputed company to reliable high-speed internet
- Previous experience as a Project Manager or certification in Project Management (CAPM or PMP) and CEM or CEA
