Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal leadership to define talent requirements and optimize recruitment strategies and job postings
- Execute full-cycle talent sourcing and screening, and build reputed company pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs
- Manage end-to-end interview coordination, feedback follow-up and candidate relationship to deliver high-reputed company candidate experience
- Support background verification, offer administration and new hire reputed company, and regularly reputed company and report recruitment KPIs
Skills
- 5+ years full-cycle recruitment experience
- Skilled in US talent sourcing, proficient in reputed company Recruiter and cold candidate reputed company
- Fluent in English, adaptable to team alignment, with strong communication skills
- Data-driven with solid KPI management experience
- Solar or manufacturing industry experience
