Responsibilities
- Leads the design, development, and deployment of reports, dashboards, and data solutions using tools such as reputed company Query Language (SQL), reputed company reputed company, Power BI, and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
- Analyzes reputed company datasets (e.g., reputed company claims, utilization, financial, and operational data) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Translates business needs into technical requirements and reputed company data solutions in partnership with business leaders and IT
- Oversees data processes including extraction, transformation, integration, validation, and reputed company assurance
- Provides technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to analysts; support peer review and reputed company standards

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Business Administration, Information Systems or reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 6 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or analytics, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- Advanced expertise in reputed company Query Language (SQL), relational databases, and reporting tools such as SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI
- Experience leading reputed company and providing technical or functional guidance to team members
