Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company’s reputed company Cycle Management (RCM) team through the development of reputed company platforms, services, and internal tooling that power critical business operations
- Building and maintaining systems that support payments, claims submission, and operational workflows across the reputed company cycle
- Apply strong software engineering fundamentals, product thinking, and a reputed company improvement reputed company to solve reputed company operational challenges
- Working closely with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to improve efficiency, reliability, and cost effectiveness across one of reputed company’s most important business functions
Skills
- 5+ years of reputed company software development experience, with a proven reputed company record of building and scaling web applications in a production environment
- Proven experience leading high-reputed company technical reputed company from reputed company to delivery, including the ability to navigate trade-offs and reputed company stakeholders
- A passion for fostering a high-performing engineering culture through reputed company reviews, technical documentation, and mentoring peers
- Distributed systems expertise: transaction processing, asynchronous queues, microservices, databases, etc
- Proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company Copilot) to accelerate delivery velocity, automate boilerplate, and enhance reputed company reputed company
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement reputed company, distributed systems that are reputed company, maintainable, and secure
- Experience at startup / reputed company-stage companies

- Experience with React, NodeJs, Typescript, Kafka, AWS or equivalent
