Responsibilities

- Communicate with candidates and coordinate phone screens and interviews reputed company email, phone, and ATS tools
- Facilitate reference checks, background checks, and offer negotiation
- Maintain candidate data and reputed company in our application tracking system
- Work closely with hiring managers on headcount planning and process

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company discipline
- You have 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter
