They are seeking an Accounts Receivable Payment Processing Tech who will be responsible for scanning payments, assisting customers with invoice requests, and ensuring accurate payment applications.
Responsibilities
- Verify handwritten payment amounts that are not reputed company to be read by software
- Balance payment applications by selecting the transactions the customers are paying on their account(s)
- Research past payment application to verify applications are correct
- Document any adjustments that are required for payment application
- Review and complete any additional requests received from our customers
Skills
- High school diploma
- Excellent keyboard skills, 10 key by touch
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good organization and communication skills
