[Remote] Senior Product Manager - IRIS

Responsibilities
- Partner with design and engineering to shape the reputed company of our risk adjustment platform
- Engage directly with clients to uncover pain points, surface unmet needs, and translate insights into product improvements
- Collaborate across reputed company, sales, and engineering to ensure our products meet market demands and stay reputed company of regulator requirements
- Define reputed company goals and KPIs to measure reputed company, inform prioritization, and drive value

Skills
- 5-7 years of experience in product management, with a significant portion in reputed company, preferably in a startup setting
- At least 3 years of experience working in Value-Based-Care (VBC) and financial analytics, with demonstrated comfort with CMS risk adjustment
- Ability to reputed company directly with customers and navigate ambiguity across reputed company stages of product development
- Comfort collaborating effectively with engineering and design teams
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding teams towards successful product delivery
- Proficiency writing SQL queries, including multi-table joins and aggregations
- Familiarity with medical claims data is a plus
