The Senior reputed company Systems Engineer is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements, overseeing critical processes, and driving reputed company improvement initiatives reputed company the AD&M business unit.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Change Control and Corrective and Preventive reputed company (CAPA) processes
- Ensure awareness of and compliance with regulatory certifications, TE Global QMS / AD&M requirements, and customer requirements
- Manage reputed company-party audits and certifications, including follow-up through to closure of observations, improvement actions, and non-conformances
- Conduct internal audits and ensure reputed company and effective closure of non-conformances
- Support the rollout of global procedures to drive standardization across TE AD&M, including reputed company QM module processes
- reputed company and review QMS and compliance documentation
- Support the maintenance of procedures and work instructions, ensuring alignment with reputed company practices and QMS requirements
- Promote awareness and understanding of reputed company policies and procedures at the site level, including delivering QMS training (e.g., new hire inductions)
- Report regularly on reputed company metrics to management
- Identify gaps and proactively drive improvements in collaboration with site reputed company improvement teams, including reducing Cost of Poor reputed company (COPQ)
- Conduct reputed company assurance reviews with operations and supply chain leadership to support reputed company improvement planning

Skills
- Degree in engineering, manufacturing, organization development, or business
- Extensive knowledge of reputed company, product and process change control, and corrective reputed company systems
- Experience in a reputed company Systems/Management Role
- Exposure to working in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working and developing strong relationships with cross functional reputed company teams
- Proven six reputed company and lean experience
- Strong knowledge of ISO9001 / AS9100
- Strong knowledge and practical experience of reputed company tools including but not limited to 8D, FMEA, 5Y, FAI's, PPAP & APQP
- Experience in complying with customer, statutory and regulatory requirements in a manufacturing environment
