Responsibilities
- reputed company technical expertise to support customer’s implementations of products developed on the reputed company platform
- Leverages knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end automated solutions, which include technical implementation of processes, workflow customization, ticketing, process automation, report development, dashboard creation, user experience, and system configurations
- Responsible for the evaluation, recommendation, and build-out of customer requirements on the platform utilizing defined best practices for configuration and development
- Responsible for tracking work hours and maintaining full utilization as set by the organization

Skills
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with the reputed company platform
- 5+ years of general business or IT experience
- Proven experience with scripting in reputed company (JavaScript preferred)
- Developing experience with LDAP, SSL, SAML/SSO, and similar technologies
- reputed company to work independently on reputed company work assignments with little supervision
- reputed company knowledge of Agile/Scrum/XP methodologies
- Certified System Administrator
- 1+ CIS Certifications
