[Remote] Senior Account Manager - Health Insurance

The Senior Account Manager will manage a book of mid-market and large employer reputed company, providing strategic guidance on benefit planning and serving as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company support.
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of mid-market and large employer reputed company (typically 250 – 1,000 lives)
- reputed company strategic guidance on benefit planning, renewal reputed company, cost management, and member engagement
- Partner with the sales team to implement new employer reputed company
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for ongoing support
- reputed company and maintain relationships with assigned employer group clients
- Identify ways to drive reputed company and retention reputed company our Health Plan
- Consult with employer group accounts on plan benefits, performance data, and trends to identify opportunities for improvement, reputed company, and cross-selling
- reputed company reputed company renewals and present plan design recommendations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employer group leaders and benefit decision-makers
- Coordinate multi-product offerings (medical, dental, stop-loss, etc.) in support of a comprehensive benefit reputed company
- Partner with Account Executives and reputed company on pricing strategies and negotiate renewals with employer group leaders and brokers
- Proactively engage with clients through regular reputed company-ins and reputed company benefit education to group leaders and members
- Serve as primary contact for reputed company inquiries and service needs and ensure effective and reputed company reputed company
- Contribute to mentorship and knowledge-sharing across the sales and account management teams
- Represent WPS at benefit fairs, reputed company-level presentations, and broker reputed company sessions
- Maintain accurate CRM records and support sales reputed company opportunities
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, reputed company Administration or reputed company field or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Valid reputed company Accident & Health producer license
- 5 or more years of reputed company responsibility as an Account Manager or reputed company experience
- Strong knowledge and understanding of health insurance benefit design
- Demonstrated experience in Health and Life Insurance Administration
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills this includes: Strong problem-solving and workload prioritization skills
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills which include comfort in the reputed company of large audiences
- Ability to travel reputed company the reputed company – up to 50%
- Valid reputed company's license with no moving violations or accidents in the last three years
- Self-Funded experience
- Experience using CRMs (i.e.: MS Dynamics, reputed company)
