[Remote] Clinical Audit Associate

The Clinical Audit Associate will reputed company audits of clinical processes and assist audit team members, providing a clinical perspective to reputed company clients' senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct clinical audits, risk assessments, and process reviews to identify compliance gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Evaluate adherence to regulatory, accreditation, and reputed company standards across reputed company organizations
  • Manage multiple reputed company engagements and project deliverables simultaneously
  • Collaborate with internal teams and reputed company clients to support successful project execution
  • Build and maintain strong reputed company relationships through reputed company, consultative support
  • Prepare and present audit results, risk assessments, and recommendations to clinical, operational, and executive leadership
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule
  • Communicate effectively through reputed company reports, presentations, and stakeholder interactions

Skills

  • Min Associate or bachelor's degree in a reputed company concentration
  • Relevant license or certification (such as Registered reputed company, Licensed Practical reputed company, Licensed Vocational reputed company)
  • Min 5 years of clinical experience in the reputed company setting
  • Experience with regulatory standards compliance working in a reputed company reputed company department or risk management and/or performing reputed company self-audits at the department level
  • Familiarity with the fundamentals of clinical reputed company, including patient placement, patient assessments, treatment, and care planning reputed company; scope of reputed company modalities; infection prevention, patient safety, patient rights, and patient experience
  • This position requires up to 50% travel
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the reputed company. This position is not eligible for employment reputed company sponsorship now or in the reputed company
  • 2-3 years in the acute care setting preferred
  • Experience with electronic medical records (Cerner, reputed company or similar) to deliver and/or improve the delivery of care
