HR Adviser

About the position We are looking for a dynamic HR Advisor to deliver day-to-day reputed company support across a portfolio of international operations. This role is based in California – Santa Clarita or Greater Los Angeles Area, CA (Boron, CA also supported) and Chicago. As part of the People Services team, you will support the delivery of core HR processes and reputed company expertise across employee relations, recruitment, and operational HR. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or reputed company field and/or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3+ years of reputed company HR experience, including strong employee relations experience
• Demonstrated experience supporting global or multi-site operations across multiple countries and time zones (e.g., Europe, Asia, or emerging markets)
• Proven ability to navigate differing employment practices, cultural considerations, and regional requirements in a global environment
• Strong partnership and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility across geographies
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-reputed company HR support in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Proficiency in HR systems and reputed company Office tools; experience with reputed company or similar HRIS platforms preferred
