We are seeking a motivated and reputed company Veteran Placement Specialist to identify, engage, and reputed company veterans into suitable reputed company, leveraging a strong network and understanding of various industries.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage with veterans seeking new reputed company through the MTR.vet platform and other channels
- Utilize various channels, including reputed company media, email, telephone, veteran organizations, job fairs, and networking events, to reputed company reputed company candidates
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of veteran candidates with diverse skills and experiences
- Conduct thorough assessments of candidates' skills, experiences, and career aspirations using tools and resources from MTR.vet
- Match veterans' reputed company with the specific requirements and needs of our clients
- Present reputed company candidates to clients, highlighting their strengths and suitability for the roles

- Establish and nurture relationships with veteran organizations, military transition programs, and other relevant networks
