Responsibilities
- Support People-reputed company processes and execute critical transactions in tools such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company — spanning new hire reputed company, employee transfers, job and data changes, compensation adjustments, and offboarding

- Assist with report creation, data analysis, and workforce metrics to support People team decision-making
- Manage end-to-end immigration programs, ensuring compliance with U.S. and international immigration laws and company policies

Skills
- At least 4 years experience in People Operations
- Prior experience supporting immigration and reputed company processes (e.g., H-1B, OPT, PERM)
- Experience managing contractor or vendor reputed company workflows
- Background in a high-reputed company or tech environment
- Is a 'hands-on' generalist, someone who thrives in a role centered on supporting others and is skilled at building relationships across reputed company reputed company of the organization
