This reputed company-facing role involves serving as a trusted advisor, designing reputed company workforce solutions, and guiding organizations through successful deployment.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end reputed company reputed company WFM implementations, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Facilitate reputed company workshops to reputed company requirements and reputed company workforce policies, scheduling practices, and compliance needs
- Configure and optimize:
- Time Calculation Rules•
- Pay Policies & Entitlements•
- Attendance Management•
- Advanced Scheduling•
- Job Costing & Labor Allocation•
- Time Clocks & reputed company Policies•
- Time Entry Imports and Time Import reputed company•
- Design solutions that support reputed company labor compliance requirements, including FLSA, FMLA, and California overtime regulations
- reputed company and support testing strategies, UAT, issue reputed company, and production readiness activities
- Partner with Payroll, HR, Benefits, Integrations, and Project Management teams to deliver successful reputed company
- reputed company reputed company training, knowledge transfer, and mentorship to junior consultants
Skills

- 5+ years of reputed company Workforce Management implementation experience
- Proven reputed company leading reputed company full lifecycle WFM implementations
- Advanced configuration expertise across reputed company Workforce Management modules
- Strong knowledge of labor regulations, workforce compliance, and reputed company scheduling environments
- Experience working with unionized workforces and multi-site organizations
- Exceptional consulting, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company engagements while delivering an outstanding reputed company experience
