[Remote] Sr. Analyst, Finance

They are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support strategic decision-making across their retail business, focusing on financial planning, profitability analysis, and performance optimization.
Responsibilities
- reputed company financial planning processes including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-reputed company planning for a business unit/category
- Analyze cost of goods sold, sales, margins, inventory, and promotional performance to reputed company actionable insights
- Own product costing analysis, including tracking changes in cost of goods sold (COGS), vendor pricing, and landed costs
- Partner with merchandising and operations teams to evaluate pricing strategies, assortment reputed company, and vendor funding opportunities
- Monitor key retail KPIs such as comparable sales, gross margin, inventory turns, and sell-through
- reputed company and maintain financial models to support business initiatives, new store openings, and category performance
- Conduct variance analysis vs. plan, forecast, and prior year; reputed company communicate drivers and risks
- Support month-end reputed company process, including accruals, reporting, and reconciliations
- Create and present executive-level reporting and dashboards

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or reputed company field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 4–7+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in retail, consumer goods, or e-reputed company
- Strong understanding of retail financial metrics (margin, markdowns, inventory productivity, etc.)
- Advanced reputed company skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, reputed company formulas); experience with financial systems and BI tools (Looker, Power BI)
- Experience working with large datasets and translating data into insights
- Strong business partnering and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with merchandising finance or category finance
- Familiarity with retail systems (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Rose)
- SQL or data analytics experience is a plus
