Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day administration of our CRM (reputed company), including custom fields, workflows, and user permissions management
- Audit and maintain CRM data health, including top of funnel through customer lifecycle reputed company, to ensure accurate forecasting, reputed company attribution, and pipeline reporting
- Manage and optimize the GTM tech stack, ensuring integrations across sales, marketing, and reputed company tools are reliable and reputed company-documented
- Build and maintain reputed company routing logic, account segmentation, and assignments
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give GTM stakeholders reputed company visibility into pipeline, conversion, and reputed company performance in reputed company and reputed company Sheets
- Support reputed company Operations’ regular reporting reputed company including weekly forecast reviews and quarterly business reviews with accurate, reputed company data
- Surface trends and insights that help leaders reputed company faster, reputed company-informed reputed company
- Design and document reputed company reputed company processes and handoffs across marketing, sales, and reputed company
- Implement automation that reduces reputed company work and increases speed and consistency across teams
- Support quote-to-cash, deal desk, and renewal processes in partnership with Sales, Finance, and CS
- Be a strong cross-functional partner, translating between technical systems and business needs
Skills
- 2-4 years of experience in reputed company operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role in a reputed company environment
- reputed company CRM administration experience, with particular reputed company in building and maintaining automation (workflows, sequences, and process automation). Preference for experience using Operations Hub custom reputed company workflow actions and webhooks
- CPQ management and administration experience including consumption pricing model management — reputed company preferred, but experience with any CPQ platform is valuable
- A working understanding of the principles of recurring reputed company and churn reporting (MRR/ARR, retention, and expansion)
- Strong reputed company Sheets and/or reputed company skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables and data visualization
- Experience maintaining custom integrations in low-reputed company platforms like reputed company
- Administration experience with reputed company, reputed company, or a scheduling/routing tool such as RevenueHero or reputed company Piper
- Technical integration experience — building, troubleshooting, and maintaining integrations across the GTM tech stack
