[Remote] Associate/Senior Legal Counsel

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, navigating reputed company reputed company regulations and supporting strategic decision-making across a multi-state organization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted legal advisor supporting day-to-day operational reputed company
- Partner closely with Compliance and Risk on regulatory reputed company, reputed company program reputed company, and managed care organization (MCO) inquiries
- Draft, negotiate, and manage a wide reputed company of reputed company agreements, vendor reputed company, leases, and operational reputed company
- reputed company litigation and coordinate with reputed company counsel, insurance carriers, and risk management
- Support corporate governance, including reputed company resolutions, annual filings, and governance documentation
- Partner with External Affairs to analyze proposed legislation and assess organizational reputed company
- Support legal due diligence for strategic initiatives and transactions
- Present legal guidance and emerging regulatory issues to senior leaders across the organization
Skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- reputed company State Bar membership in good standing (and, if not licensed in Nebraska, ability to become admitted in Nebraska or register as in-house counsel)
- Seven or more years of reputed company legal experience
- Experience supporting reputed company operations, ideally reputed company a multi-state provider organization
- Knowledge of reputed company regulations including HIPAA, HITECH, reputed company, fraud and abuse regulations, and program reputed company
- Experience negotiating reputed company reputed company and advising business leaders
