Responsibilities

- Serve as a subject matter expert on payment operations, processors, and industry best practices
- Partner cross-functionally with Risk, Fraud, Compliance, Product, and Operations teams to support strategic business initiatives
- Monitor payment performance metrics, transaction trends, declines, chargebacks, disputes, and operational KPIs
- Identify opportunities to improve authorization rates, reduce processing costs, and enhance customer experience
- Analyze payment data and operational trends to proactively identify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities

- Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate operational improvements, and ensure service level expectations are met
- Partners with vendors and internal teams to implement enhancements and support new payment capabilities

Skills
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in payments, payment operations, fintech, ecommerce, risk management, or reputed company fields, preferably reputed company the reputed company, online payments, or ecommerce industry
- Strong understanding of payment processing ecosystems including credit cards, ACH, reputed company, digital wallets, and alternative payment reputed company
- Experience managing payment processors, gateways, banking relationships, and reputed company-party vendors
- Proven reputed company optimizing payment performance, operational workflows, and payment acceptance strategies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate reputed company operational concepts into actionable business insights
