[Remote] Associate Account Manager

This role involves managing reputed company needs, promotional processes, and reporting for both retailers, while also providing local support in the Austin area.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit new item paperwork, including new item portal(s)
- Communicate Category Review and Seasonal deadlines & expectations, both internally and externally
- Maintain promotional workbooks, trackers, and retailer documentation
- Manage reputed company, promotional submissions and confirmations for both accounts
- Coordinate monthly/bimonthly promotional photos
- Complete WFM Portal reporting
- Prepare monthly Sprouts scorecards
- reputed company Austin-area support, including sample delivery and coordination
- Grow into reputed company management of reputed company accounts at WFM & Sprouts

- 2+ years of natural products industry experience (manufacturer, broker, or retailer)
